  • The Town will be offering a CLEAN UP DAY on Saturday, April 11th from 8am - 12pm at the lot across from the cemetery. Must present a valid Water Bill to dump your garbage.
  • The Public Service Commission (PSC) recently approved rate increases for Lumberport’s Water and Sewage to support the next phase of improvements. The new rates will be reflected in your March 2026 bill, which will be issued in mid-April and due in early May. This rate increase will assist with the next phase of the water project as The Town is considering purchasing water from another municipality to enhance the quality of our water. This project will take time, but efforts are ongoing with the State and PSC. We greatly appreciate our customers patience and understanding while we navigate through these challenges and changes. The increases are noted on the website; Water is a 28% increase and Sewage is 16%.
  • Effective February 1, 2026, all of the Town's water and sewage customers must submit a Service Termination Request to disconnect service. Billing will continue until the completed form is returned to the Municipal Building. The form is located under the Forms category.
